The feedback we got from a showing at this listing was that it felt dated and needed new paint. Well here I come with my paint supplies and some fresh decor! A great first impression is so important during showings. The sellers gave me free reign to update and refresh as I felt necessary which allowed us to get it under contract within the next week! Sad to see this one go but so happy for my seller! I think this is what it’s like when you work at a boutique and a customer buys the shirt you’ve been eyeing.
